About ModularSynth.ru

This site is intended to provide information about modular synthesis and synth-DIY to Russian musicians and enthusiasts. It is also intended to share information about Russian synth developers to foreign auditory. It contains reviews, future modules announces, biography pages, DIY-related articles and lot of useful links. It is not daily-updated international blog like Matrixsynth, but I do my best to write English versions of my articles.

About the author

My name is Dmitry Shtatnov, I develop synthesizer modules, original firmware and original VST-plugins under my own brand, Solid State Sound Research Labs (SSSR Labs.). I also work with number of local and foreign synth developers, and I invite others.

Also I’m performing musician and it helps me to better understand my customers and their demands.
